We’re closing out the year with our 2nd annual Playa’s Ball, an upscale New Year’s Eve celebration of Blackness, gratitude, and intimacy. This is our time to toast an unforgettable year of Slow Drag and step into the next one lookin’ damn good while we do it.
We had to bring back some fan favorites for our NYE celebration: The Dynamite Dave Soul, DJ Aquaria, Jeremy Avalon, Sed The Saint and DJ Wally Sparks have all rocked a Slow Drag party down and December 31st won’t be no exception! Get ready for this all-star lineup of DJs, spinning the classic and rare ’70s slow jams and funky grooves that made us fall in love with the dance floor.
Y’all already know how we get down every month and we’re taking it all the way up for NYE.
Cocktail attire is highly encouraged. 70’s inspired looks, even better. This is the night for furs, canes, platforms, capes, and whatever else makes you feel like you got that shit on!
